Yoga Nidra, also called the Sleep of the Sages offers a doorway to the super conscious within us. This ancient practice uses simple body, breath and awareness practices to access the deepest and most profound states of being and beyond where we can create immense change very quickly while also growing tremendous insight into who we truly are and why we are here.
This 10-hour introductory program is both educational and experiential. You will walk away changed in extraordinary ways, and yet there is always more to discover.
